My philosophy regarding teaching is to assist my students in becoming well-educated individuals through a strong sense of the English Language. I view education as a necessity to children becuase it allows them to develop themselves into a bigger person. It is thrilling to be able to make an impact on my student's life by guiding them threw social skills, self-discipline, responsibility, self-esteem and fundamental skills for the real world. I try to do my best to be available at all times for my students, by telling them I can come in before or after school at their request and answering their emails within a twenty-four hour time frame. I envision that no two students are alike and they have to be treated differently because no one works the same.

GRADING POLICY
The students will be graded based off the standard grading scale:
A: 100%-90%
B: 89%-80%
C: 79%-70%
D: 69%-60%
E: 59%-0%
If your child is in need of extra assistance I will be willing to meet at most time to try and help them. I prefer to have the students contact me when struggling because it shows they actually want to make a change other than being "forced" by parents. In certain situations, I will obviously be more lenient to make sure my students get the best grades possible.
